Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld was founded in 1956 by Allan Ghitterman, who began fighting for the rights of the injured and disabled in California. 65 years later, GG&F continues this charge led by Allan’s son, Russell Ghitterman, his law partner, Benjamin Feld, and a team of dedicated and compassionate attorneys and staff. Many of our attorneys hold the Certified Specialization in Workers’ Compensation from the State Bar of California, which is granted to less than 5% of workers’ compensation attorneys. We pride ourselves on our reputation to obtain the best result possible due to our expertise, tenacity, and accessibility.
Our mission is a “Relentless Commitment to Protect Our Client’s Rights. Always.”
If you or someone you care about becomes injured or disabled, benefits and legal programs can often be complicated processes to navigate. Insurance companies and employers are generally looking to reduce costs and save money instead of providing for your medical and financial needs. This is where we can help. GG&F specializes in fighting for the rights of the injured and disabled by finding, protecting, and maximizing all available resources including workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and disability retirement claims.
We are committed to our GG&F Standard.
• We are champions for social justice.
• We are committed to professional excellence.
• We are dedicated and persistent advocates for our clients.
• We talk with our clients to ensure they know their rights.
• We exceed our clients’ expectations.
• We leave no stone unturned.
At GG&F, we understand that many who are dealing with an injury or disability, may not be able to travel very far to get the legal help they need, so we make efforts to be easily accessible to you. While headquartered in Santa Barbara, we have opened additional fully-staffed offices in Bakersfield, Fresno, Oxnard, Santa Maria, and Visalia. We also utilize video conferencing, so you can connect with us no matter where you may be located in California.
All initial consultations are free of charge for us to hear about your situation and explore if we might be able to help. When we take your case, we work on a contingency fee basis, which means you pay no attorney’s fee if we do not help you get benefits. Truly, nothing. If you are injured or disabled, feel free to reach out by calling 805-214-8888, 661-214-8888, or 559-214-8888 or by filling out our Contact Us form.
